Hi Gang,
Here is the recipe for the chili from last night. For you advanced chefs, sorry it is so simple ;)
2 cans Kuner's Southwest black beans (chili, etc, flavor)
2 cans stewed tomatoes (Red Gold brand)
1 chopped yellow onion
5 drops Tabasco sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons of chopped garlic (sorry Chez)
Crockpot on high for four hours - stirring occasionally
