I am excited to say that I recently received my Leadership Excellence award from Toastmasters International for completing my High Performance Leadership project.
It is a great way to tackle a project and learn about leadership in the process. It is also a required step toward the Advanced Leader Silver award. The process includes forming a committee to advise you, setting a goal, defining core values, examining your leadership style, presenting your plan to the club, and (naturally) completing the leadership project you designed. Finally, you report your success to the club.

What was your leadership project?
Thanks Andrew!
I led a journaling group that focused on communication and leadership issues. We had in person meetings and I provided journaling prompts for the weeks in between meetings.
