Marshwinds Toastmasters member, Lisa Jenks, visited Spirit of Leadership Toastmasters last Thursday and won a DVD containing speeches from the finals of the International Speech Contest. Drawings were held for guests as well as those bringing guests. Lisa was both a guest AND brought her own guest. Fellow Marshwinds member, Shaun Jamison, was the Toastmaster of the evening and the theme was BHAGs (Big Hairy Audacious Goals).
Lisa recently finished her tenth speech with Toastmasters and has earned the Competent Communicator award.
